The A-25 Beast is built around one idea: maximum coverage. The extended Corflex polymer chassis wraps further around your torso than a standard frame, increasing the total protection area where soft armor and hard plates work together. This carrier occupies a space no other manufacturer has explored.

This rig is built for shooters 180 cm / 5'11" and taller. The chassis is physically long, and it needs clearance above your battle belt to sit correctly. Sized plate bags in S/M and L/XL each hold both hard plates and soft armor panels with compartment dimensions matched to each size. The soft armor inserts are physically larger than the hard plates, so fragmentation protection extends past the armor edge. The conformal 4-Way Stretch inner cummerbund wraps soft armor panels tight around the ribcage with zero gaps. The Corflex frame itself absorbs and distributes impact energy across the full chassis, so blunt-force protection is structural, built into the bones of the rig rather than relying on separate cushion inserts.

Plate & Soft Armor Compatibility

The A-25 Beast accepts SAPI/ESAPI plates in sized plate bags. S/M and L/XL compartments are matched to the chassis. Soft armor panels in both plate bags and cummerbunds extend ballistic coverage beyond the hard plate footprint.

System Integration

The A-25 Beast Corflex chassis provides direct mounting points for Ars Arma load distribution and protection accessories.

Load distribution (sold separately): Telescoping struts attach to the Corflex chassis and redirect carrier weight to the A-24 Needletail Belt or A-19 Atlas Belt.

Ballistic protection modules (sold separately): The Beast chassis accepts the A-21 Gorzhet Neck Protection, A-23 Aylet Shoulder Protection, A-22 Plantain Abdominal Protection, and A-21 Clover Groin Protection.
