A-24 Needletail Belt
Design
The A-24 Needletail Belt is built to carry everything and waste nothing. LC (laser cut) construction fused with traditional MOLLE webbing gives you the most MOLLE cells in the Ars Arma belt lineup. Size L gives you 26 MOLLE cells to work with, and even size S runs 20. That is more real estate than any other belt in the Ars Arma lineup. The laminate 500/1000D Cordura body handles the structure while standard webbing keeps your pouches grabbing where they should.
A high lumbar section props up your lower back and locks your gear in place, even when the loadout gets heavy. Removable EVA foam cushions sit between the belt and your body for ventilation and padding you can pull out when you want to run slick. The internal ballistic compartment holds a soft armor panel fixed on Velcro so the belt won't twist under load. A side stabilizer keeps the belt from flexing outward when heavy pouches are mounted on the sides. This is the belt Ars Arma built to pair with their chassis carriers, and it shows.

- Removable EVA foam cushions — pads between belt and body for shock absorption and airflow. Removable for a lower-profile configuration.
- Side inner belt access — openings on both sides allow routing a holster or drop-leg panel through to the inner belt without removing the outer belt.
- Side stabilizer — prevents outward flex when heavy pouches are mounted on the sides.
- Back and side hardware — mounting points for suspenders or load-bearing harness straps. Compatible with telescoping struts (sold separately) for carrier-to-belt weight transfer.

System Integration
The Needletail functions as a standalone battle belt or as the lower half of an integrated carrier system. Connect telescoping struts (sold separately) from a chassis carrier — A-24 Titan 2.0, AAPC MOD.3, or A-25 Beast — directly to the Needletail to transfer the carrier's load to the hips. For non-chassis carriers — A-18 Skanda or A-18 Goliath-D — install the A-22 Half Harness Insert (sold separately) first, then connect struts. All MOLLE attachment rows accept standard MOLLE-compatible pouches including holsters, magazine pouches, IFAKs, comms pouches, and dump pouches.
